Drafting of the Execution Project, Activity Project, license management and Construction Management for the implementation of a production plant of 8,200m² for Gestamp in the Arasur de Rivabellosa Logistics Park (Araba).
The plant is projected with technical rooms for R + D + I and metrology, production machinery and storage area on the ground floor and two independent areas on the first floor that include on the one hand the office area and meeting rooms and on the other hand the changing room and dining room area for the production staff.
A small building is projected on the rear façade where the facilities (Compressors and Sectioning Center) are centralized. The project ends with the action on the existing facades, giving them finishes and corporate signage.
The challenge consisted of fluently combining the production plant with the technical spaces of R + D + I, metrology and administration.
Aware of the importance of production machinery in projects of this type, their disposition is taken care of during all phases of the project, working on the "layout" together with the suppliers during the project phase and guaranteeing the correct execution of their services in the project phase. construction site.
The performance culminates in an exterior in line with the company's standards, incorporating the corporate colours and labels that are a sign of its identity.
