Execution Project, license management and Construction Management to optimize the facilities in Ikea, Barakaldo. (Bizkaia)
We have been providing services to Ikea for more than 10 years in which we have achieved, through our dedication and closeness, the loyalty of the management of the Barakaldo Store (Bizkaia), in which we have carried out different projects of execution, management licensing and construction management to optimize your facilities.
Among the achievements we highlight the improvement in accessibility after the urbanization reform; the renovation of the restaurant, the Bistro and the Swedish Store; and the optimization of the recycling space, for which a larger protected area was achieved thanks to a new extension of the roof, under which new loading docks equipped with compactors and lifting platforms were built.
The collaboration covers the entire process, from the development of alternatives, project definition, construction management, to assist in managing the necessary permits in the institutions involved (City Hall, Provincial Council, Ihobe...).
