Technical assistance for the adaptation of different spaces within the building of the Museum of Reproductions located on Calle Conde Mirasol in Bilbao.
Among the different works that we have carried out for Bilbao Bizkaia Museoak, is the assistance and accompaniment in the different adaptations that are carried out in the reproduction building, currently dedicated to drawing workshops and the administration, and in the site of the old Convent of Adjacent San Francisco.
Among the works we have carried out are the adaptation of two warehouses for the collection of museum material, repair of the pavement along the route of the site, new connection between the museum and the site, reform of toilets and private areas, reform of the main entrance to the museum and installation of new jobs.
We have responded to the different characteristics and needs of each adaptation by establishing design and installation criteria, providing the necessary documentation for each case such as minor work projects, reports, graphic documentation, etc. We provide accompaniment to the property in the hiring of the different technicians and contracts, in the control of the evolution of the adaptations and works, in the economic control and the communications with the City Council.
